摘要
目的观察玉屏风散不同剂量水煎剂对小鼠上呼吸道SIgA的影响作用,为玉屏风散防治上呼吸道感染机理提供一定的实验基础。方法通过腹腔注射青霉素建立小鼠上呼吸道菌群失调模型。实验分组:①阴性对照组;②模型对照组;③不同剂量(高、中剂量)玉屏风散组。结果①玉屏风散高剂量组给药前后SIgA含量比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);②玉屏风散中剂量组给药后SIgA含量显著增加,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散中剂量组对小鼠上呼吸道SIgA有明显的促进作用,这可能是玉屏风散防治上呼吸道感染的重要机制之一。
Objective To study the effect of different doses of Yu Ping Feng San decoction on SIgA in upper respiratory tract of mice and its mechanism.Methods The dysbacteriosis model was established in mice by intraperitoneal injection of Penicillin.The mice were divided into four groups:negative control group;Penicillin model group;Yu Ping Feng San groups.Results Middle dose of Yu Ping Feng San the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Middle dose of Yu Ping Feng San can obvious increase the content of SIgA in the upper respiratory tract of mice and different doses of could obviously elevate the content of SIgA compared with model group,which may be one of mechanism of Yupingfengsan for prevention of upper respiratory tract infection.
