摘要
目的探讨玉屏风散对皮肤光老化角质形成细胞生长增殖的影响。方法采用血清药理学方法制备玉屏风散含药血清,紫外线照射建立细胞光老化模型,以不同浓度含药血清处理光老化细胞,观察细胞形态的变化,以MTT法和集落细胞形成能力实验测定细胞活力及增殖能力。结果紫外线能够显著损伤细胞形态,抑制其生长和增殖;玉屏风散含药血清具有抵抗紫外线对细胞损伤的作用,以服用8g生药/kg大鼠的含药血清作用24h效果最佳。结论玉屏风散含药血清能够缓解紫外线对角质形成细胞损伤,具有抗皮肤光老化的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng San on cell morphology,growth and generation of photoaging keratinocyte.Methods Blood serum containing Yupingfeng San was prepared by serum pharmacology.The model of photoaging keratinocyte was established by irradiating of ultraviolet light.The different concentrations of Yupingfeng San serum were used for photoaging cell,and then cell morphology,growth and generation were determined by inverted microscope,MTT and cloning efficiency.Results Keratinocyte morphology,growth and generation were remarkably damaged by ultraviolet.The blood serum containing Yupingfeng San could relieve the harm.The blood serum containing Yupingfeng San of rats who administered 8g crude drug per 1kg body weigh had the best effect in 24h.Conclusion The blood serum containing Yupingfeng San can resist the damage of ultraviolet to keratinocyte,delay photoaging of cell.
