不同产地何首乌指纹图谱的胶束薄层色谱/红外光谱研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的胶束薄层色谱/红外光谱(MTLC/FTIR)联合方法对不同产地的何首乌进行了指纹图谱分析。方法何首乌经粉碎、抽提和定容得到供试品溶液。薄层色谱的固定相为聚酰胺薄层,流动相为水性胶束溶液,斑点信息用专业软件转换成谱峰信息。红外光谱采用KB r压片。结果以0.4%CPC-丙酮-甲醇-1.0 mol.L-1NaOH(5∶1.2∶0.4∶0.5,体积比)作为流动相,何首乌供试品溶液分离良好。根据薄层展开比移值建立的何首乌薄层指纹图谱和红外光谱,可以区分不同产地的何首乌药材。结论利用胶束薄层色谱/红外光谱(MTLC/FTIR)法对不同产地的何首乌进行了指纹图谱分析,建立了何首乌品质检验及真伪鉴别的新方法。 Objective To study the fingerprints of Radix polygoni multiflori from different places a method combining micellar thin layer chromatography and infrared spectrograph.Methods After comminution,extraction and fixing bulk,the medicinal materials turned into test solutions.The polyamide film thin layer was fixed phase and micellar solution was mobile phase.The flecks of chromatography were transformed into a curve.The sample of infrared spectrograph was KBr tablet added test solution.Results The test solutions could be separated well when the mobile phase was composed of 0.4% CPC-acetone-methanol-1.0 mol·L-1NaOH(5∶1.2∶0.4∶0.5,v/v).Radix polygoni multiflori from different places could be distinguished by its fingerprints with micellar thin layer chromatography and infrared spectrograph method.Conclusion This is a new method to distinguish Radix polygoni multiflori.
