小儿清肺散质量标准的研究

Quality Standard for Xiaoer Qingfei Powder

目的研究小儿清肺散的质量标准。方法增加TLC法鉴别冰片、黄芩、沉香及RP-HPLC法测定黄芩苷的含量。含量采用Waters C18色谱柱（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液（45∶55）,流速1 ml.min-1;检测波长：315 nm;用外标法定量。结果鉴别、含量：阴性对照均无干扰;含量：0.505~4.40μg范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均加样回收率为97.6%（n=6）。结论所建方法简单、可靠,可用于小儿清肺散的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the quality standard of Xiaoer Qingfei Powder.Methods The TLC method was established for Borneolum syntheticum,Radix Scutellariae,Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum and an RP-HPLC mothed was established for the determination of Baicalin performed on waters C18 analytical column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid（45：55） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was 315nm.Results The negative control had no interference.The linear range was within the range of 0.505-4.40μg（r=0.999 9）,and average recovery（n=6）was 97.6%.Conclusion The method is convenient,reliable and suitable for quality assessment of Xiaoer Qingfei Powder.
