摘要
绿原酸存在于多种植物中。文章从它的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄等药物代谢动力学和抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗心血管疾病、抗氧化降血糖等药物效应学等方面对其进行阐述,并对绿原酸的发展前景进行展望。
Chlorogenic acids exist in many plants.This paper discussed its pharmacokinetics including absorption,distribution,metabolism,excretion and pharmacodynamics including antiinflammation,anticancer,antibiosis,anticardiovascular-diseases,hypoglycemic activity,antioxidation.In addition,the development of the chlorogenic acids in the future was also forecasted.
