基于因子分析的正常、肾阳虚状态大鼠垂体-靶腺轴激素相关性研究

Study on the Correlationship between Pituitary and Target Gland Axis Hormones in Normal and Kidney-"Yang" Deficiency Rats by Fautor Analysis

目的研究正常和肾阳虚两种状态下大鼠垂体-靶腺轴激素的相关性。方法采用因子分析的方法分别对正常组和肾阳虚组大鼠垂体-靶腺轴的激素根据其相关性大小进行分组。结果正常状态下垂体-肾上腺轴的激素在同一组,垂体-甲状腺轴与垂体-性腺轴的激素的分组是交叉在一起的。肾阳虚时垂体-甲状腺轴、垂体-肾上腺轴以及垂体-性腺轴三个轴的所有激素指标都被分在一组里。结论正常状态下,垂体-甲状腺轴激素与垂体-性腺轴激素之间关系密切。肾阳虚状态垂体-甲状腺轴、垂体-肾上腺轴以及垂体-性腺轴三个轴的各个激素指标之间关系均非常密切,激素相互干扰。

Objective To study the correlation ship of pituitary-target gland axis hormones in normal and kidney-＂yang＂ deficiency rats.Methods The pituitary-target gland axis hormones in normal and kidney-＂yang＂ deficiency rats were grouped separately by factor analysis according to their relevance.Results In normal,the pituitary-adrenal axis hormones were in the same group,pituitary-thyroid axis and the pituitary-gonad axis hormones were grouped cross-together.However,all hormones in three axes of pituitary-thyroid axis,pituitary-adrenal axis and pituitary-gonad axis were in the same group.Conclusion In normal,the relationship of the pituitary-thyroid axis hormones and pituitary-gonad axis hormones are closer than others.The relationship of every hormone in three axes of pituitary-thyroid axis,pituitary-adrenal axis and pituitary-gonad axis are very close in kidney-yang deficiency,and the hormones affect each other.
