摘要
目的研究复方六月青(CLYQ)对鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)诱导麻鸭肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用DHBV诱导广西麻鸭乙型肝炎病毒肝损伤模型。于用药前(T0)、用药7d(T7),14d(T14)及停药后3 d(P3)分别检测鸭血清的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及肝组织病理变化。结果用药后CLYQ中、高剂量组鸭血清ALT和AST的含量显著降低(P<0.01),并且有量效和时效关系。鸭肝脏病理学检查表明CLYQ对DHBV引起肝损伤有显著的保护作用。结论 CLYQ可有效地保护DHBV诱导麻鸭肝损伤。
ObjectiveTo study the protective effect of traditional Chinese medicine Compound Liuyueqing（CLYQ） on duck liver injury induced by duck hepatitis B virus（DHBV）.MethodsLiver injury induced by DHBV in Guangxi brown spotted ducks was used as animal model.Alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and Aspartate Aminotransferase（AST） in serum were detected before treatment（T0）,7days（T7） and 14days（T14） after treatment.Liver histopathological examination was done.ResultsThe serum ALT and AST contents were decreased significantly by the treatment with the high dose and middle dose of CLYQ（P〈0.01）,and its effects were dose-and time-dependent.Liver histopathological examination confirmed that CLYQ had significant protective effects against liver injury induced by DHBV.ConclusionCLYQ can effectively protect the duck liver injury induced by DHBV.
