光果甘草中光甘草定的微波辅助提取研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究新疆光果甘草Glycyrrhiza glabraL.根中光甘草定(Glabridin,GB)的检测条件和提取工艺。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)对光甘草定和光果甘草根提取物进行分析测定,考察提取溶剂、提取方法及提取工艺条件对光甘草定得率的影响。结果 微波提取法适用于光甘草定的提取,在提取溶剂为70%乙醇水溶液,料液比为1∶15(g/ml),温度为65℃,单次提取40 min的条件下,光甘草定得率为0.256%。结论 由RP-HPLC定量分析光甘草定含量。微波法提取光果甘草中光甘草定工艺简单、易操作,比传统的超声提取法和热回流提取法节约时间、效率高。 Objective To investigate the extraction methods and detection conditions of glabridin from Xinjiang Glycyrrhiza glabra L.root.Methods The glabridin and extract from Glycyrrhiza glabra L.root were analyzed by RP-HPLC.Effects of extraction solvent and extraction method as well as extraction technology on the yield of glabridin were studied.Results The results showed that the microwave-assisted extraction method was appropriate for exrtaction of glabridin and the optimal extraction conditions obtained were extraction solvent of ethanol/water(70∶30,v/v),the solid/liquid ratio of 1∶15(g/ml),extraction temperature of 65 ℃,extraction time of 40 minutes and one time extraction.The yield of glabridin reached 0.256% under the optimal extraction conditions.Conclusion The glabridin was quantified by RP-HPLC.A simple microwave technique was used to extract glabridin from Glycyrrhiza glabra L.root.The new method is more superior to ultrasonic and conventional heat extraction methods in shorterning time and increasing rield of extraction.
