海南乡村旅游发展的用地保障研究

A Study on the Land Guaranteeing for Rural Tourism Development in Hainan

用地保障对海南乡村旅游发展具有十分重要的意义。结合国际旅游岛背景下的乡村旅游发展的用地困境,分析海南乡村旅游发展与土地利用的关系以及发展中的用地需求,提出了实现海南乡村旅游发展的用地保障的具体措施,以期对海南乡村旅游发展中用地政策和管理工作提供参考。

Land guaranteeing is of great significance for rural tourism development in Hainan. This paper studies the difficulty in land supply for such development in the background of the International Tourism Island, analyzes the relationship between local rural tourism development and land exploitation, and the demand for land in the development. In the paper, specific measures are proposed to ensure land supply in Hainan rural tourism devel- opment for the reference to the land policy and land management Hainan rural tourism development.
