摘要
基础教育新课程标准对教师提出了更高的要求。只有深化师范专业教学改革,加强师范生技能培训,才能培养出面向21世纪的新型教师。新课程视野下师范生技能培训,应该优化课程结构,更新教学内容;转变教师角色,改进教学方式;变革培训模式,完善评价体系。
New curriculum standards in basic education propose higher standards for teachers. Only by deepening the teaching reform teacher training education and strengthening the training of normal school students' professional skills can a new type of teachers oriented to the 21st century be cultivated. Under the view of the new curriculum, it's necessary to optimize its course structure, update prove teaching methods, innovate training modes and improve normal school students. teaching content, change teachers' role, im prove teaching methods, innovate training modes and improve the evaluation system in the professional training of normal school students.
