摘要
马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)是我国马铃薯上最重要的病毒之一,分布广泛,危害严重。PVY株系分化现象明显,已被广泛认同的PVY株系种类包括3种:PVYO株系、PVYN株系和PVYC株系。近年来,有很多研究表明,PVY可通过基因突变或基因重组等方式分化出多种不同类型的株系,引致更为严重的症状。鉴此,从PVY各株系的特征、产生的分子机制、检测与鉴定方法、我国PVY株系分化情况等方面对目前PVY株系分化方面已取得的研究进展进行了综述。
Potato virus Y(PVY) is one of the most important viruses on potato in China,which distributed widely.The differentiation of PVY strains is obvious and there are three PVY strains including PVYO,PVYN and PVYC,which have been widely recognized.In recent years,many stu-dies have shown that a quantity of new PVY strains has generated by genetic mutation or recombination,and they could cause more serious symptoms.The progress on the differentiation of PVY strains are reviewed in this paper from the aspects of characteristics,molecular mechanisms and detection methods of each strain,as well as differentiation conditions in our country.
