绿色无锈翠冠梨果袋的筛选研究初报

摘要 利用外黄内白、外花内黑、外黄内黑3种袋型对翠冠梨果实进行套袋处理。与对照(不套袋)相比,外黄内白袋处理果实基本能保持原有果面绿色和风味,而外花内黑袋和外黄内黑袋处理果实果面呈现黄白色,果实风味变淡。3种果袋都极显著减少果面锈斑的产生,其锈斑指数分别为25.5、55.5、82.8,而对照为99.2,其中外黄内白袋效果最为明显。外黄内白袋处理的梨果实硬度显著下降,而外花内黑和外黄内黑袋处理果实硬度则显著升高,外黄内白、外花内黑、外黄内黑3种袋型处理果实硬度分别为6.30 kg/cm2、7.34 kg/cm2、7.05 kg/cm2,对照为6.65 kg/cm2。3种套袋处理果实可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量都极显著下降,3种套袋处理和对照果实的可溶性固形物分别为10.85%、12.93%、12.43%和13.90%,可溶性糖含量分别为4.43%、4.30%、5.19%和6.33%。3种套袋处理和对照果实间可滴定酸无明显差异,其可滴定酸含量分别为0.057%、0.048%、0.041%和0.056%。与对照(6.588×10-2mg/g)相比,3种套袋处理果实维生素C含量显著下降,分别为5.461×10-2mg/g、5.510×10-2mg/g、5.510×10-2mg/g。综合来看,外黄内白袋是生产绿色无锈翠冠梨的理想果袋。 Three different types of fruit bags of "Yellow outer and white inner","Yellow outer and black inner","Yellow outer and black inner" were treated on Cuiguan pear fruits.Compared with control,fruits disposed with "Yellow outer and white inner" bags could keep intrinsic green color peels and flavor,nevertheless,the fruits with other two treatments had yellow and white color peels,the flavor became lighter.The rust spots were reduced obviously in that the rust spots of index of three treatments were 25.5,55.5,82.8,respectively,and the bags of "Yellow outer and white inner" had the best effect(the control was 99.2).The fruit firmness with "Yellow outer and white inner" declined distinctly,and the other two enhanced.The fruit firmness with three treatments were 6.30 kg/cm2,7.34 kg/cm2,7.05 kg/cm2,respectively,and the control was 6.65 kg/cm2.The soluble solids and the soluble sugars declined obviously with three treatments.The soluble solids with three treatments were 10.85%,12.93%,12.43%,respectively,and the control was 13.90%.The soluble sugars were 4.43%,4.30%,5.19% respectively,and the control was 6.33%.The titratable acidity of three treatments respectively were 0.057%,0.048%,0.041%,with the control 0.056%;there were no difference between three treatments and control.The Vcs of three treatments declined obviously,which were 5.461×10-2mg/g,5.510×10-2mg/g,5.510×10-2mg/g,respectively,with the control of 6.588×10-2mg/g.In general,the fruit bag of "Yellow outer and white inner" was suitable for producing green fruits of Cuiguan pear.
