摘要
以樟树种子为试验材料,从种壳透水性和内源抑制物两方面探索种子休眠原因。结果表明:樟树种子坚硬的外壳影响种子的吸水透性;种壳、种仁中的萌发抑制物抑制了白菜种子的萌发率、淀粉酶活性以及白菜幼苗的鲜质量增加。种壳浸提液抑制强度顺序均为:种壳甲醇浸提液>种壳乙醚浸提液>种壳水浸提液,抑制物主要成分为极性物质,白菜种子萌发率依次为8%、52%、80%,淀粉酶活性依次为0.288、0.545、0.686 mg/(g.min),鲜质量依次为8、52、80 g;种仁浸提液抑制强度顺序均为:种仁乙醚浸提液>种仁甲醇浸提液>种仁水浸提液,抑制物主要成分为非极性物质,白菜种子萌发率依次为:2%、10%、76%,淀粉酶活性依次为0.131、0.233、0.672 mg/(g.min),鲜质量依次为2、10、76 g。樟树种子坚硬种壳以及种子中的萌发抑制物是樟树休眠的原因。
This study aimed to investigate the causes of seed dormancy of Cinnamomum camphora from seed testa absorbing water and endogenous inhibitors.The results showed that the lignified seed shell had a negative impact on water permeability.Water,methanol,ether extracts respectively from seed testa and kernel as germination medium,inhibited the germination percentage,amy-lase activity and fresh weight of cabbage.The extracts from seed testa inhibited the germination percen-tage,amylase activity,fresh weight of cabbage as follows:methanol extractether extractwater extract,the inhibitor was a polar substance,the germination percentage was 8%,52% and 80%,the amylase activity was 0.288,0.545 and 0.686 mg/(g·min),and the fresh weight of cabbage was8 g,52 g,and 80 g.The extracts from seed kernel inhibited the germination percentage,amylase activity and fresh weight of cabbage as follows:ether extractmethanol extractwater extract,the inhibitor was non-polar substance,the germination percentage was 2%,10% and 76%,theamylase activity was 0.131,0.233 and 0.672 mg/(g·min),and the fresh weight of cabbage was 2 g,10 g and 76 g.The hard seed testa and the inhibitors in the seed were the reasons for the dormancy of Cinnamonum camphora.
