复旦大学附属华山医院东院2008-2010年头孢菌素类抗生素应用分析

Utilization of cephalosporin antibiotics in inpatient department of Eastern Hospital of Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University from 2008 to 2010

目的:分析2008-2010年复旦大学附属华山医院东院住院部头孢菌素类抗生素的使用情况。方法:通过医院信息系统收集处方中所用头孢菌素类抗生素的基本信息,包括药品名称、用药总量、用药天数和用药金额等,进而计算出用药频率(DDDs)及其排序并进行分析。结果:第三代头孢菌素使用种类最多,DDDs值和用药金额最大,但2010年第三代头孢菌素用药金额出现明显下降,与此同时第二代头孢菌素的DDDs和使用金额呈明显上升趋势;第一、第四代头孢菌素DDDs和用药金额明显低于另外两类头孢菌素类抗生素。结论:本院住院部所用头孢菌素类抗生素结构比较合理,但应严格控制第三代头孢菌素类抗生素的用药指征,以提高疗效,延缓细菌耐药性的产生。

Objective： To analyze utilization of cephalosporin antibiotics in inpatient department of Eastern Hospital of Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University from 2008 to 2010.Methods： Data of the utilization of cephalosporins were collected by hospital information system,including drug names,amount,days of used and consumption sum,etc.DDDs and its order were calculated and analyzed by statistical software.Results： The number of used category,the consumption sum and DDDs of the third-generation cephalosporins were the highest of all.However,it seemed that the consumption sum of the third-generation cephalosporins was decreased in 2010.At the same time,DDDs and consumption sum of the second-generation cephalosporins were increasing.The DDDs and consumption sum of the first-generation and forth-generation cephalosporins were much lower than those of the others.Conclusion： The utilization and constitution of cephalosporin antibiotics in inpatient department of this hospital were rational.But the medicinal indication of cephalosporin antibiotics should be controlled strictly to improve the efficiency and delay drug-resistance.
