摘要
目的:建立愈骨疗伤胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(33)正交试验法,用HPLC法以双波长同时测定川续断皂苷Ⅵ及柚皮苷的含量,以川续断皂苷Ⅵ及柚皮苷的转换率为评价指标,对水提、醇提和超声循环提取法进行比较。结果:醇提是最佳提取工艺,即加8倍量的55%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1.5h。结论:该制备工艺合理、可行。
Objective: To establish an optimal extraction process of Yuguliaoshang capsules.Methods: The orthogonal test [L9(33)] was used to select the optimal extraction process.The contents of asperosaponin Ⅵ and naringin were simultaneously determined by HPLC method with dual-wavelength detector.The conversion rates of asperosaponin Ⅵ and naringin were used as evaluation index.The extraction methods of water,ethanol and ultrasonic circulation were compared.Results: The optimal process was the ethanol extration.It was 1.5 h extraction with 8-fold volume of 55% ethanol for twice.Conclusion: The process is reasonable and feasible.
