中药对抗结核药物的减毒功效分析

Analysis on the Attenuation Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Anti-tuberculosis Drugs

目的观察中药对抗结核药物引起的毒副反应的影响。方法将120例初治活动性肺结核患者随机分为中西药组和对照组各60例,对照组采用正规西药化疗方案,中西药组在此基础上辨证加用中药,其中肺阴亏虚型加用滋阴润肺颗粒、阴虚火旺型加用肺泰胶囊、气阴两虚型加用双百口服液,两组均连续治疗6个月,观察治疗过程中两组患者出现的不良反应及肝功能损害情况。结果中西药组出现不良反应14例,对照组出现不良反应20例,两组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中西药组出现肝功能损害9例,对照组出现肝功能损害18例,两组出现肝功能损害情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药在缓解抗结核药的毒副反应尤其是肝功能损害方面有一定作用。

Objective To observe the attenuation effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the toxicity induced by anti-tuberculosis drugs.Methods Totally 120 patients with untreated active tuberculosis were randomized into a Chinese and western medicine group and a control group,with 60 in each.The control group was treated with regular chemotherapy of western medicine,in addition to which,the Chinese and Western medicine group was medicated with Chinese medicines based on syndrome differentiation,including that Ziyin Runfei Granule（Granule for replenishing yin and moistening the lung） was added for those with yin deficiency of the lung,Feitai Capsule（Capsule for curing the lung diseases） added for those with yin deficiency and flaring of fire,and Shuangbai Oral Fluid [Fluid containing Baihe（Bulbus Lilii） and Baibu（Radix Stemonae） for benefiting qi and yin] added for those with both qi and yin deficiency.The treatment for both groups lasted 6 months.The adverse reactions and the liver function damage in the two groups in the duration of treatment were observed.Results In the Chinese and western medicine group,there were 14 cases involved in the adverse reactions,and in the control group,there were 20 cases involved,the difference between the two groups was not significant（P0.05）.The liver function damage existed in 9 cases of the Chinese and western medicine group,while it existed in 18 cases of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in attenuating the toxicity of anti-tuberculosis drugs,especially in protecting the liver from damage.
