干燥综合征的中医论治近况

Recent development in traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of sjogren's syndrome

中医辨证论治干燥综合征,从整体上把握该病,在改善症状、控制病情方面疗效显著。因各医家对其病因病机的认识各有不同,故对干燥综合征的论治角度亦各有不同。本文从脏腑、气血、阴阳、三焦四个方面就中医各家对干燥综合征的论治进行归纳总结,旨在体现出中医药治疗干燥综合征的优势,即整体性、个体性和灵活性。

Sjogren＇s syndrome（SS） is an autoimmune disease,it is one of the world Miscellaneous Diseases,there is still no cure for it.Traditional Chinese Medicine is characterized by treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the concept of wholism.TCM is superior in symptoms improvement and disease control.Different physicians have different views of the etiology and pathogenesis,so the treatment of SS is different.The aim of this article is to sum up the opinions of various doctors of Chinese medicine from four aspects,such as viscera,qi and blood,yin and yang and triple-Jiao to reflect the advantages of Traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of Sjogren＇s syndrome,which are integrity,individuality and flexibility.
