鄱阳湖生态经济区农村人力资源开发现状及策略探析

鄱阳湖生态经济区是我国正在形成和建设的生态示范经济区,加强经济区内农村人力资源培训和开发,是建设社会主义新农村、加快发展现代化农业、实现江西在中部地区快速崛起的必由之路。目前鄱阳湖生态经济区内存在农村人力资源素质不高、人力资源培训投入不足、人力资源参加培训意愿不强等问题。因此要通过加强经济区内基础教育、开展多样化的职业教育、构建学习型新农村等,促进和保障鄱阳湖经济区农村人力资源培训开发工作健康、快速、有序开展。

To is the ecological demonstration economic zone strengthen rural human resources training and development in the economic zone is the only way to build a new socialist countryside, accelerate the development of modem agriculture and achieve rapid rise in the central region of Jiangxi Province. At present there are some problems in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone such as low quality of ru- ral human resources, inadequate investment in human resources training, without strong willingness to participate in training of human resources, etc. So we must strengthen the basic education, carry out a variety of vocational education, construct learning New Countryside in the economic zone to promote and protect the human resources training in Lake District developed with health, rapid and orderly manner.
