抑制性进言与企业绩效:不同类型冲突的中介效果 被引量:2

摘要 抑制性进言是制定和实施科学决策的宝贵资源。进言提出后要转化为现实绩效,还取决于对进言产生的冲突的管理有效性。本文旨在考察抑制性进言在什么样的内部冲突过程中更可能产生高绩效,以明确三种冲突类型的调节作用。研究发现,抑制性进言确实对企业绩效具有显著的正向影响,更多反面或修正意见可提高前期决策的科学性;合作式冲突和对抗式冲突都会显著正向调节抑制性进言与企业绩效的关系,进一步放大抑制性进言的积极作用,更高效地转化为绩效;让步式冲突是一种消极的冲突类型,其对抑制性进言与企业绩效的关系具有负向调节作用。
