摘要
随着城市化的发展,经济发达地区为农村小学的教育发展提供了良好的条件,在教师管理方面也具备突出的优势,但同时也存在着一定的问题,存在问题的原因是多方面的,主要是社会意识和价值观的分化,以及管理者自身的原因所造成的。
With the development of urbanization and economic development, the developed areas provide good conditions for the development of rural primary education and their management of teachers also has obvious advantages, hut there are some problems and many reasons for the problems, mainly the differentiation of social consciousness and values, as well as the managers own reasons for this.
