摘要
目的探讨口腔癌患者术后经鼻空肠管早期实施肠内营养的安全性、可行性和临床效果,为口腔癌患者围手术期的营养支持选择安全有效的肠内营养支持途径。方法将100例口腔癌患者随机分成两组,按照不同途径进行肠内营养支持,观察组50例采用鼻空肠管,对照组50例采用鼻胃管,比较两种不同肠内营养途径开始实施时间、住院时间、手术前后体重、肌酐/身高系数、前蛋白值的变化、并发症发生率等。结果观察组肠内营养的开始时间较对照组明显提前(P<0.01);术后体重、肌酐/身高系数、前白蛋白降低的幅度均显著小于对照组(P<0.01);住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对口腔癌患者早期经鼻空肠管实施肠内营养支持是安全、可行、有效的。
Objective To investigate the safety, feasibility and clinical effects of enteral nutrition via nasointesti nal tube in early postoperative stage for patients with oral cancer. , and seek a safe and effective means of peri-operative nutritional support. Method 100 patients with oral cancer were randomly divided into two groups. They were given enteral nutrition support in different ways, experimental group with nasogastric tube and the control group with nasogastric tube. Indicators such as start time, hospital stay, body weight before and after surgery, creatinine/ height coefficient, changes in the value of pre-albumin and the complication rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Result In experimental group, the start time was significantly earlier (P〈0.01), the reduc- tion of postoperative body weight, creatinine / height coefficient and pre-albumin were significantly lower (P~ 0.01), hospital stay was significantly shorter (P〈0.05), and the postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion It is safe, feasible and effective to give early postoperative enteral nutrition via nasointestinal tubes for patients with oral cancer.
