Research on the Social Effect Evaluation of Government Investment Projects

政府投资项目通常具有投资规模大、项目周期长、涉及相关产业多的特点,对国民经济的影响比较深远,因此对政府投资项目社会效果的评价十分重要。文章探讨了社会效果评价的主要内容,分析了社会效果评价的费用—效益分析法及其局限性,并提出了改进社会效果评价方法的建议。

Government investment projects often have the features of large-scale investment,long project cycle,large number of involvement of related industries,which has more far-reaching impact on national economy,therefore,the social effect evaluation of government investment projects is very important.This article discusses the main contents of social effect evaluation,analyzes the cost and benefit analysis method of social impact evaluation and it＇s limitations,and presents some suggestions on improving the methods of social effect evaluation.
