论我国基层村民自治中的选举制度——以吉林省梨树县第五届村民委员会选举为例

Analysis of Election System in Primary Villager Autonomy——Taking the Fifth Villager Committee Election in Lishu County of Jilin Province as an Example

属于基层民主的范畴的村民自治,是我国社会主义民主最广泛的实践,它是在中国共产党的领导下,由村民选举产生基层群众性自治组织——村民委员会,并通过民主选举、民主决策、民主管理和民主监督四个环节来最广泛地实现民主权利,近几年来,村民委员会的民主选举成为村民自治的重要内容。本文以吉林省梨树县第五届村民委员会选举为例,主要从我国村民委员会选举制度的现状以及存在的问题角度来解读村民自治中的民主建设,并针对这些问题尝试提出一些解决方法。

Villager autonomy,belonging to the category of grassroots democracy in China,is the most extensive socialist democracy.Under the leadership of the Communist Party,self-governing organization—villager committee elected by the villagers＇ grassroots,widely exercises the democracy right via democratic election,democratic decision-making,democratic management and democratic supervision.In recent years,the democratic election of villagers committee has become the important content of villager autonomy.Taking the fifth villager committee election in Lishu County as an example,this paper interprets the democratic construction in villager autonomy from the status quo of villager committee election system and the existing problems,trying to present some solutions.
