紫杉烷类化合物的生物转化(英文)

摘要 微生物对紫杉烷类化合物进行转化可以获得一系列新的衍生物,其中一些衍生物具有潜在的药理活性,另外,生物转化还是制备药物代谢产物的一个非常有效的方法。本文综述了1996年至2010年紫杉烷类化合物生物转化研究的进展。 Microbial transformation of taxanes has provided new derivatives,some of which possess potential pharmacological activity.And microbial transformation can also be an efficient way to prepare drug metabolites.This article reviews the microbial transformation of taxanes from 1996 to 2010.
