Academic Opinions Mislead the Healthcare Reform

由于财政投入不足和预算软约束,中国的公立医院肩负着自我发展和保障职工福利待遇的重任,大部分公立医院有很强的营利冲动。

Many experts,including some famous experts in healthcare field,attribute the difficulty of public hospital reform to the insufficient reimbursement from the government.In other words,the government hasn’t given enough money to hospitals.This kind of opinion does not only blurs the health reform theory,but also deviate the direction of the reimbursement mechanism in public hospitals,which will lead the hospitals into the wrong way.
