微卫星DNA多态性与精神分裂症相关性研究回顾

摘要 精神分裂症具有遗传性已成为不争的事实,但其确切的致病基因以及遗传机制仍不为人们所了解。本文介绍了国内外微卫星DNA与精神分裂症关联性研究的概况,指出了研究中存在的问题及发展方向。
