摘要
对93株小黑麦×小麦的第一代花粉植株(H_1)进行细胞学观察,并用Giemsa分带技术鉴定其中的黑麦染色体,不同黑麦染色体表现出不同的传递频率。6R最高,1R、3R次之,7R最低。花粉植株中还发现黑麦染色体端体。
Ninety-three pollen plants derived from the hybrid Ft of 6X triticale x common wheat were investigated cytologically, the rye chromosomes in chromosome constitution of pollen plants were identified by Giemsa banding. Different rye chromosome appeared in different frequency, 6R being the most frequent, IR, 3R, the second and the third, 7R, the least. Several te-losomes of rye chromosome were also observed.
