摘要
企业价值观是企业文化的核心,企业文化的建设与变革过程就是企业价值观的形成过程,企业价值观的形成过程实质上是企业内部信息沟通过程和企业内部利益协调过程的统一,现代企业文化建设要求培育起以人为本的企业价值观。
Corporate values are generally viewed as the core of the corporate culture.The construction and reformation of the entity culture is exactly the formation process of the enterprise values. This process, embracing the unification of internal communication and interest coordination, has met the needs of building people-oriented enterprise values in modem company culture.
