浅议如何处理高校图书馆占位现象

在道德观念日渐淡薄的的今天,高校又需做好表面的"人本主义"文章,不敢也不愿用严格的规章制度来约束学生。于是,高校图书馆一直存在的占位现象就愈演愈烈。虽然这个问题自2000年起即有多个本科高校在进行研究,但至今而言,所有研究人员都是试图从普通的制度管理层面来着手,解决方法比较单一,无法从根本上解决这一"顽疾"。而以往不太重视占位现象的高职院校在近几年频频发生占位引起的暴力事件,如何正确、快速的处理高职院校图书馆内占位现象,已成为高职院校的当务之急。

On weaker moral value toady, universities, from one side, have to do good job on ＂Humanistic＂, and they＇re not willing to constrain students by strict rules, which on the other hand, results in more and more serious seat occupation phenomenon in uni- versity libraries. Though the question has been discussed in several universities since 2000, till now, all researchers are trying to start up from general rule management side; the solving methods are simple and as a matter of fact, cannot solve the ＂illness＂ fun- damentally. Violent events due to seat occupation happened frequently in recent years in some colleges who haven＇t paid atten- tion to the phenomenon before. How to deal with the phenomenon in proper and quick way is becoming an urgent affair in high vocation colleges.
