0.76PMN-0.24PT单晶极化前后的介电特性

摘要 研究电场对0.76PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3-0.24PbTiO3(0.76PMN-0.24PT)单晶结构影响.采用介电特性测量的方法,分析了0.76PMN-0.24PT单晶在直流电场极化前后介电常数随温度和频率的关系.实验结果表明,0.76PMN-0.24PT单晶极化前后介电特性有明显的差异,电场作用使单晶的内部从微畴转变为铁电宏畴. For studying the electric field effect on the structure of 0. 76PbMg1/3Nb2/3 03-0. 24PbTiO3 (0. 76PMN-0. 24PT) single crystal, the method of dielectric properties measurement is usecl, lne melecmc consumt of asgrown and poled 0. 76PMN-0. 24PT single crystal dependent on temperature and frequency are investigated and compared each other. The results show that there is distinct change about the dielectric properties of 0. 76PMN- 0. 24PT single crystal before and after being poled. The micro-structure of 0. 76PMN-0. 24PT single crystal is in- fluenced by electric directly and undergo microdomain-to-marodomain.
