摘要
设计了一种高速电主轴非接触电磁加载装置.该装置主要由直流电磁铁、整流电路、三电平PWM开关功率放大器及加载盘组成.直流电磁铁产生的磁场与加载盘相互作用,在加载盘上形成稳定、可调节的电磁加载力,实现非接触加载.该方法不仅可用于高速电主轴动力学分析实验中扭矩的加载,还可实现径向力加载,解决了高速电主轴难以实现扭矩加载及不能实现径向力加载问题.
An equipment of non-contact electromagnetic loading in high speed motorized spindle is designed. Thisequipment is mainly composed by DC electromagnet, rectifying circuit, three-level PWM modulate switching power amplifier and loading disc. The electromagnetic field of DC electromagnet is interaction with loading disc. Steady and adjustable electromagnetic force is produced on loading disc. Thus non-contact electromagnetic loading is realized. This method is used not only torque loaded but also radial force loaded in the experiment of high speed motorized spindle's dynamic performance. Problems that torque is hard loaded and radial force is unable loaded to high speed motorized spindle are solved.
