摘要 针对面曝光快速成形系统中的视图发生器在成像过程中存在的光学畸变问题,依据相差理论建立了二元三次多项式畸变校正模型.在校正模型的基础上,分析比较了不同灰度重建方法的优缺点.采用空间可变双线性插值进行灰度重建,通过使用VC++6.0编译了图像畸变校正算法程序,实现图像畸变校正.实验表明,该方法在不依赖视图发生器内部参数的情况下,可方便、迅速地实现对视图发生器的校正,消除光学畸变. There is some extent geometric distortion existing in the view generator of the mask projection stereolithography system. The distortion model of duality thrice multinomial is found based on primary aberration theory. The gray rebuilding is progressed after analyzing and validating the excellence and defect of different interpolation method. The space-variant linear image interpolation method is adapted for gray rebuilding. It has been implemented by VC + + 6. 0. The experimental result indicates that the proposed technique can quickly, conveniently and accurately calibrate the view generator system without the need for the pre-calibration procedure, obviously improving production precision of the mask projection stereolithography system.
