喉部腺泡状软组织肉瘤1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者,女,47岁。因间歇性声嘶1年余,加重2个月入院。既往体健,入院查体：头颅无畸形,浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,心、肺、腹部检查末见异常。喉镜检查：会厌不充血,抬举可,左侧声带游离缘明显向外隆起,延续至左侧声门下,黏膜肿胀,表而光滑,双侧声带运动良好,闭合欠佳,梨状窝无积液。喉CT示左侧声门区可见一软组织肿块,突入喉室及喉前庭,
