我国人体器官移植伦理原则建设初探

The development of ethical principles of human organ transplant in China

器官移植的发展历史,一方面是科学技术的成就史,另一方面是道德伦理建设的思考史。为了促进我国器官移植事业的健康发展,要加强对器官移植伦理原则建设的研究,打破传统道德观念的桎梏束缚,恪守道德伦理要求。在实践中,应坚持尊重生命、敬畏生命的原则,坚持自愿无偿捐献的原则,坚持审慎对待活体移植的原则,坚持公平、公正和公开的原则,坚持知情同意、亲属参与的原则,坚持群体利益与公共安全优先的原则。

The history of organ transplantation, on one hand, is the history of science and tech- nology achievement, on the other hand, is the history of the moral and ethical construction. In order to promote the further development of organ transplantation, we not only should carry out the research of organ transplant technology, but also should strengthen the construction of ethical principles, break the shackles of traditional moral concept bound, abide by the moral and ethical requirements, which follows the principles of respecting life. During the practice, we should adhere to the principle of voluntariness and free donations, the principle of careful evaluation with living donors, the principle of fairness and openess, the principle of informed consent and relative participation, and the principle of priorities for social interest and public safefy. Following these principles may lead to a better practice of organ transplantation in China.
