应用临床护理路径对脑卒中患者实施健康教育的效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨临床护理路径在脑卒中患者健康教育中的实施效果。方法 200例脑卒中病人随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组采用传统健康教育方法,观察组应用临床护理路径模式实施健康教育。采用ADL(日常生活活动能力)评分对2组病人入院时和出院前予以评定,出院时对2组病人派发满意度调查表进行问卷调查比较。结果 2组病人在入院首日的ADL评分无明显差异(P>0.05);出院时,观察组的ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度调查明显高于对照组(P<0.05),2组差异有统计学意义。结论应用临床护理路径对脑卒中病人实施健康教育,能提高患者对护理工作的满意度,减少患者并发症和后遗症的发生率,明显提高了患者的生活自理能力,促进患者早日康复,提高其生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of health education in patients with ischemic stroke using clinical nursing pathway.Methods Two hundred cases of ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group with 100 cases respectively.The control group adopted the traditional health education,the trial group applied the clinical nursing pathway.ADL scores were assessed at admission and before discharge in the two groups.In addition,questionnaires of satisfaction were distributed to the two groups patients before discharge.Results There was no significant difference of ADL score between the two groups at admission(P0.05);ADL score and the care satisfaction in trial group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve the nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications and sequela so as to improve self-care ability and promote recovering and quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke.
