摘要
以谷氨酰胺转胺酶(TG)为催化剂,以酪蛋白(casein)为涂层剂,对羊毛的溶菌酶固定化进行了研究.结果表明,酪蛋白经过谷氨酰胺转胺酶催化交联成的聚合物能更好地吸附于羊毛织物上并进行涂层,且酪蛋白的耐水洗稳定性好,同时溶菌酶也能更好地固定到羊毛织物上.通过对固定化工艺的探讨,得出了比较适合的固定化条件,即pH值7.0,时间2h,温度37℃,酶用量2g/L,浴比1∶20.另外,在此工艺条件下整理的羊毛织物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到71.75%,具有良好的抗菌效果.
Taking the Transglutaminase(TG) as the catalyst,casein as coating agent,the immobilization of lysozyme on the wool is carried out. The effect of casein treatment on lysozyme immobilization on the wool was discussed.The results showed that TG-mediated casein can be adsorbed on the wool better than single-molecule casein protein and washable stability is good,which is beneficial for the immobilization of lysozyme on the wool fabrics.The appropriate immobilization conditions are pH value 7.0,immobilizing for 2h,37℃,lysozyme 2g/L with liquor to fabric ratio of 20∶1.Moreover,wool fabric has a good bacterial resistance property,the inhibition rate to staphyllococcus aureus reaches 71.75%.
