摘要
以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)为软单体,乙酸乙烯酯(PVC)为硬单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,TM-200为交联单体,合成低温型聚丙烯酸酯印花粘合剂.优化的粘合剂制备配方为:乳化剂0.8%,TM-200 2.5%,反应温度70~75℃,预乳化液滴加时间90min,保温时间60min,预乳液滴加量0.5mL/s搅拌速度:250~400r/min.
Taking potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator,butyl acrylate(BA) and ethylhexyl acrylate(EHA) as soft monomers,vinyl acetate(PVA) as hard monomer,acrylic acid(AA) as functional monomer,TM-200 as ross-linking mononmer,polyacrylic printing adhesive at low temperature is synthesized.The best formulation of adhesive is as follows: emulsifier dosage 0.8%,cross-linking monomer 2.5%,reacting temperature 70~75℃,pre-emulsion dripping time 90min,holding time 60min,pre-emulsion dripping rate 0.5mL/s,stirring speed 250~400r/min.
