摘要 以聚丙烯酰胺为原料,制备一种提高涂料染色表观深度和干/湿摩擦牢度的聚乙烯胺阳离子改性剂.通过12h的低温Hofmann降级重排实验,确定合成阳离子改性剂的聚丙烯酰胺与次氯酸钠的用量比及合成前氢氧化钠用量和聚丙烯酰胺的用量比.合成比例为聚丙烯酰胺中的酰胺基与所加入的次氯酸钠摩尔比为1∶1,前期用NaOH用量与聚丙烯酰胺质量比为20∶13.阳离子改性后染色的织物表观深度较未整理的织物表观深度提高近1倍,干/湿摩擦牢度与耐洗牢度均有1~2级的提高,且对手感影响较小. Taking polyacrylamide as the main raw material,a polyvinylamine cationic modified agent for increasing the K/S values and dry/wet rubbing fastness of the pigment dyeing is prepared.The Polyacrylamide was rearranged in the low temperature for 12 hours,the dosage of polyacrylamide/sodium hypochlorite and the former sodium hydroxide/Polyacrylamide of synthetizing cationic modifier were determined.According to the experiment,the synthetizing malor ratio of polyacrylamide/sodium hypochlorite is determined to 1∶1,the mass ratio of the former sodium hydroxide/Polyacrylamide is determined to 20∶13.The K/S value is increased more than twice and the dry/wet rubbing fastness is increased 1-2 level after the pigment dyeing of cationic modified agent,and the handle is less impacted.
