摘要
以中草药纤维本身所具有的吸附性能为基础,通过对其进行化学改性制备纤维素黄原酸盐,用于蜂胶中铅的吸附脱除.在静态脱铅实验中,筛选出以废弃灯芯草为原料制备的纤维素黄原酸盐为最佳吸附材料,并考察了不同铅离子初始浓度、吸附时间、吸附温度及溶液pH值等因素对蜂胶中铅去除率的影响.在对蜂胶中铅的动态吸附去除实验中,初步考察了灯芯草纤维素黄原酸盐的脱铅效果及其再生性能.最后利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对脱铅处理前后蜂胶中黄酮类物质的成分和含量进行比较.研究结果表明,废弃中草药灯芯草经化学改性后,对蜂胶中铅的吸附具有良好的选择性和适用性,不仅能够获得较高的铅去除率,且对蜂胶中黄酮类物质的影响不大.这不仅为降低蜂胶中重金属铅含量提供了一种新的技术方法,也为废弃中草药的资源化利用创造了新的思路.
An environment-friendly,economical and high-efficient sorbent called Cellulose Xanthogenate was prepared by using herbal medicine residues to remove the excessive lead from propolis.In the static state adsorption for lead,the common rush xanthogenate was selected as the optimal sorbent,and then the effect of lead concentration,contact time,adsorption temperature and initial pH on adsorption were investigated.The dynamic state effect of the modified common rush on lead removal and the sorbent′s regeneration performance were both discussed.Moreover,the content of flavonoids in propolis after adsorption was tested by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results show that the common rush residues′ adsorption ability for lead is improved after chemical modification,and its cellulose xanthogenate has a good selectivity for lead,while it had little effect on the flavonoids in propolis.So this not only provides a new method for the control of lead in propolis,but also creates a new way of using herbal medicine residues.
