当下,我国保险业已步入一个全新的阶段,保险广度和保险深度均在不断深化,行业竞争更加激烈。在产业转型的过程中,人才起着决定性的作用,对中高级保险专业人才的需求日益迫切。高校与保险公司在培养人才方面各有优势和不足,两者具有较强的互补性,可以相互取长补短。通过业界与学界的深度合作,采取"校企联合"的人才培养模式,有效地整合学界和业界教育培训资源,扬长避短,共同做好保险人才的培养工作。

Abstract： After over 20 years＇ fast development, China＇ s insurance industry has come to a new phase, whose heightening, widening and deepening are speeding up and whose competition is also becoming more fierce and full. During the transformation and escalation, talents are playing crucial roles;the demand of talents is rocketing up. Universities and businesses have respective advantages and disadvantages in insurance talents＇ cultivation, but both of them can＇ t meet the giant demand in terms of quantity and quality. Only by university and business＇ s jointed cultivation mode, they exert both strong nesses and overcome their weaknesses, and then China＇ s insurance education and insurance industry can have bright future.
