胆胃清解汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床观察

Clinical observation of treating bile reflux gastritis with clear solution soup of gall bladder stomach

目的:观察自拟胆胃清解汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组用胆胃清解汤加减,对照组口服西药。观察两组治疗前后临床症状及胃镜下胃粘膜征象的变化。结果:治疗组主要症状改善、临床疗效、胃镜下胃粘膜征象的变化均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胆胃清解汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎有显著疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effective of bile reflux gastritis with clear solution soup of gall bladder stomach. Methods： Randomly divide 60 caes patients into treatment group for 30 cases and control group for 30 cases. Treatment group were treated with clear solution soup of gall bladder stomach ,While control group were treated with oral medicine. Observe the clinical symptoms before and after treatment and endoscopic signs of mucosal changes. Results： The main symptoms of the treatment group improved, clinical effect and endoscopic signs of gastric mucosal changes were significantly higher than the ＂control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of treating bile reflux gastritis with clear solution soup of gall bladder stomach is obviously.
