中药热奄包配合康复训练治疗卒中后肩手综合征的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke by chinese hot suddenly package with rehabilitation training

目的:察中药热奄包配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法:治疗组和对照组各20例进行临床观察,评定疗效。结果:药热奄包配合康复训练的总有效率为94.74%,单纯康复训练总有效率为65.00%,经统计学处理两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药热奄包配合康复训练治疗肩收综合征疗效优于单纯进行康复训练。

Ojective： To observe the clinical effect of treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke by chinese hot suddenly package with rehabilitation training. Methods： The therapeutic group and control group was randomly divided with every 15 cases to clinical observations and assess curative effect. Results： The Chinese hot suddenly package with rehabilitation training doesn laser was 93.33%, and pure rehabilitation training efficient was 60%. After statistics processing ,two groups was statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Medicine hot with treatment of rehabilitation training doesn packet was better than pure in shoulder charge syndrome.
