中西医结合治疗不稳定心绞痛的临床观察

目的:探讨应用中西医相结合的方法治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床效果究竟怎么样。方法:把2008年4月～2010年1月我院收治的120例不稳定型心绞痛病人,分成治疗组和对照组两组,对照组患者实施西医治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用丹参饮合栝蒌薤白半夏汤治疗。对两组患者心绞痛持续时间和发作的次数进行比较。结果:治疗组和对照组临床治疗效果总有效率分别为90%和68.3%,治疗组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,应用丹参饮合栝蒌薤白半夏汤的治疗组治疗效果优于对照组。结论:应用中西医结合的方法治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果良好,临床上值得推广应用。
