摘要
目的:观察逍遥散加减联合星状神经节阻滞治疗痤疮临床疗效。方法:随机将64例病例分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例用逍遥散加减联合星状神经节阻滞治疗;对照组32例采用逍遥散加减治疗。结果:治疗组显效22例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率93.75%;对照组显效14例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率75%。结论:以逍遥散为基础方辨证加减配合星状神经节阻滞,对治疗痤疮有显著疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating acne by Xiaoyao san addition and subtraction combine stellate ganglion block. Mehods： 64 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group, 32 patients were treated with Xiaoyaosan combined stellate ganglion block; treated control group of 32 patients with Xiaoyaosan. Results： Treatment group 22 cases were cured, effected in 8 cases, valided in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.75%; control group, 14 cases markedly effected in 10 cases, valided in 8 cases, the total efficiency of 75%. Conclusion： Differentiation-based side to Xiaoyaosan addition and subtraction with stellate ganglion block, the treatment of acne has a significant effect.
