中西医结合治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症的疗效及安全性研究

Efficacy and safety study of treating children with infectious mononucleosis histiocytosis in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症的疗效。方法:将98例小儿传染性单核细胞增多症随机分2组。治疗组采用中西结合治疗,对照组采用阿昔洛韦口服治疗。比较两组的疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组的疗效,P<0.05。治疗组不良反应低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中西结合治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症具有良好的疗效和安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective： Pediatric Integrative Medicine of infectious mononucleosis herniation.Methods： The 98 cases of children with infectious mononucleosis syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups. Chinese and western medicine treatment group and control group with oral acyclovir treatment. Were compared the efficacy and adverse reactions.Results： The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher efficacy, P 〈0.05. Adverse treatment group than the control group, P 〈0.05.Conclusions： Union of Chinese and western in treating pediatric infectious mononucleosis has good curative effect and safety, worthy of clinical promotion.
