中药治疗妊娠高血压综合征42例临床观察

Clinical observation of treating 42 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension in TCM

目的:观察以中药治疗妊娠高血压综合征性的临床疗效。方法:分别采用静脉滴注硫酸镁及中药治疗妊高症,以1周为1个疗程,2个疗程为治疗期并比较治疗效果。结果:硫酸镁治疗组,显效6例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率85.7%,中药治疗组,显效例7例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率95.2%。两组差别经统计学检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药治疗高血压效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine of clinical efficacy. Methods： Using an intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, in 1 weeks for 1 courses, 2 courses for a treatment period and to compare treatment effects. Results： The magnesium sulfate group, effective in 6 cases, effective in 12 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the total efficiency of 85.7%, Chinese medicine treatment group, 7 patients were cases, effective in 13 cases, ineffective in 1 cases, the total effective rate was 95.2%. Difference between the two groups after statistical test, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The traditional Chinese medicine in treating hypertension effect, worthy of clinical application.
