高效液相色谱法测定利咽灵片中肉桂酸的含量

Determination of Cinnamic Acid in Liyanling Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立利咽灵片中肉桂酸的定量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-1%冰乙酸水溶液(30:70)为流动相;检测波长为273nm;流速为1ml/min。结果:肉桂酸在0.024μg～0.4μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.02%。结论:该方法准确、简单、快速,可用于定量测定利咽灵片中肉桂酸。

Objective：To establish the method for determining einnamic acid in liyanling tablets. Methods： HPLC was used for and the column was ODS - C18; the mobile phase was acetonitrile - 1% acetic acid （30：70） ;. the detection wavelength was set at 273nm;the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results：Cinnamic acid showed a good linear relationship in the ranges of 0. 024μg -0. 4μg;the average recoveries were 97. 6% and with RSD of 1.02%. Conclusion：This method is accurate, simple, reliable and be used for the determination of cinnamic acid in liyanling tablets.
