Determination of Sinapine Thiocyanate in Qingxunjiangya Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测清眩降压胶囊中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量。方法:ODS色谱柱(5μm4.6mm×150mm);流动相为乙腈-磷酸二氢钾(10:90);流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长326nm,0.094μg～0.564μg内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),加样回收率为97.8%。结论:此方法简便、快捷、准确。

Methods： Using ODS column （ 5μm, 4. 6mm× 150mm） ; mobile phase ： acetonitrile - potassium dihydrogen phosphate （ 10：90） ;flow rate：1. 0ml/min - 1 ;326nm was the UV detection wavelength：The liner range of the determination is 0. 094μg-0. 564μg, （r = 0. 9998 ）, the average recovery was 97. 8%. Concluslon：This method is reliable and accurate.
