反相高效液相色谱法测定前列康胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Qianliekang Capsule by Reversed Phase High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的:建立测定前列康胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为DiamonsilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈-水(25:75)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为270nm,柱温30℃。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.372～1.860μg范围内存在良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率(n=6)为99.84%(RSD为0.96%)。结论:该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,可用于前列康胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for determination of icariin in Qianliekang Capsule. Methods： The determi- nation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column（250mm ×4. 6mm,5μm）. Acetonitrile -water（25：75） was used as the mo- bile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-l and the detective wavelength was set at 270nm. The column temperature was at 30℃. Results：The linear range of icariin was from 0. 372 to 1. 860μg（ r = 0. 9996 ） and the average recovery was 99. 84% （ RSD0. 96%, n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is Simple, High sensitivity and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Qianliekang Capsule.
