2010年我院冬季膏方的处方分析

Analysis of Prescriptions of Herbal Paste in Winter 2010 in Our Hospital

目的:通过对本院冬季膏方的调查和分析,总结出我院膏方的各项组成要素的特点,找出临床用药规律,为中药药事管理和中医临床用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取我院2010年冬季膏方427张,将膏方中的性别、年龄、味数、临床诊断、贵稀药品使用情况进行统计分析。结果:36-59岁这个年龄的患者最多,膏方中的味数过多。结论:膏方是医已病、治未病的有效方法,但是其理论相当复杂,辨证用药要整体考量,望医者加强学习,合理用药。

Objective：Through the investigation and analysis of our hospital~ herbal paste in winter, to summarize charac- ters of various components of herbal paste in our hospital, find the clinical medication law, provide reference for pharmacy adinistration and clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods ：427 herbal pastes in winter 2010 in our hospital were randomly selected, then the genders, the ages, the numbers of herbal species, the clinical diagnosises, the uses of expen- sive and infrequent drugs of these prescriptions were statistically analyzed of. Results：The number of patients in 36 -59 years old is in the first place,the numbers of herbal species in herbal pastes are too many. Conclusion：The herbal paste is an effective method to treat disease and prevent disease, but its theory is very complex, syndrome differentiation and use of drugs need overall consideration,doctors should enhance learning and use drug rationally.
